October’s been full of awesome energy in the studio. Whether you’re chasing new PRs or just staying consistent, we’re proud of every single one of you! This month, we’ve got some great tips, home workouts, and events you won’t want to miss.

Nutrition Corner

Protein Made Simple. Want to lose fat and feel fuller longer? Start your day with 25–30g of protein. Think: Greek yogurt + berries, eggs + toast, or a protein smoothie. Small changes = big results.

At-Home Workout

Example: 10-Minute Home Circuit
Perform each move for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds. Repeat 2–3 rounds.

Bodyweight Squats
Push-ups (knees or full)
Mountain Climbers
Plank Hold
Glute Bridges

No equipment? No excuses! This one keeps you moving when you can’t make it to the gym.
