Joining a group HIIT class at New Level Fitness is the best thing I've done for overall health and fitness. Connie is an amazing instructor and the classes are motivating and truly lots of fun! I feel more energetic and stronger than I have in a long time, and my only regret is that I didn't start even sooner! I've been coming to New Level for a year now and have enjoyed the HIIT and kettle bell classes. It's been great to leave the planning of a workout to Connie and just come in and do it. The small class size provides for individual instruction and encouragement. Thankful to have such a positive place to work out with knowledgeable trainers and motivated, friendly members.

I have been attending HIIT classes at New Level Fitness for a year now. I mentally and physically feel so much better than I have in many years. Connie is such an encouraging instructor, which in turn makes me want to work harder and push myself. The women who attend the classes are so friendly, non judgemental and easy to work out with. If you are contemplating joining a gym this year, this is absolutely the place to go!!

Have worked out here now for 3 sessions In total so far with Shane and couldn’t ask for a better experience, always prompt and ready to go when I arrive for my appointment and the facility is always very clean and nice honestly could not ask for a better experience very fair pricing as well! Highly recommended!
